Do I need a credit card to start?
No. New organizations receive a 14-day free trial without providing a credit card or other billing information.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid at the start of the billing period and include a 10% discount. Questri Pro is $2,148 per year, which is equivalent to $179 per month.
Can I change the billing frequency later?
Yes. You can update the billing frequency for an active plan through the secure billing portal.
What payment methods are accepted?
Questri accepts major credit cards and bank ACH direct debit. Payment by check may be available for invoices above $2,500.
What is the main difference between Pro and pay per horse?
Pro is designed for professional teams running the whole operation. It includes 100 horses, unlimited staff users, broader team and client capabilities, and prioritized support. Pay per horse is a smaller self-service structure with up to 50 horses and three additional staff users.
Is setup help included with Pro?
Yes. Pro includes onboarding, setup, and prioritized support through Questri Chat, including help moving information from paper or spreadsheets.
Does the Digital Barn Board cost extra?
The Digital Barn Board software is included in both current plans. You provide the screen, browser-capable device, and internet connection for the physical setup.
Does Questri offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Verified nonprofit equine rescues, sanctuaries, therapeutic and adaptive riding programs, nonprofit equestrian-access programs, public schools, and educational nonprofits receive 25% off Questri Pro. Additional sponsored access may be available when cost would otherwise prevent an organization from getting started.
What is Concierge Launch?
Concierge Launch is an optional tailored implementation for facilities that want deeper planning, site guidance, and Barn Board setup. Custom engagements start at $5,000. Hardware and travel are quoted separately.
